Registration Information Please complete an application form and return it to Creative Learning Center. Class sizes are small, so space is limited. Upon receipt of your application, we will contact you to schedule an interview. If your child is accepted and you choose to enroll, you will need to remit a non-refundable deposit ($400/Nursery, $200 per Enrichment Class, and $700/Primary) with your signed contract. Material fees cover arts and crafts, snacks, a majority of field trips and cooking projects. Tuition Rates for 2003-2004 The following rates are for the 10 month period beginning September 2003 and ending June 2004. Since Creative Learning Center reserves a space for your child, all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit is credited to your last quarterly payment. Payments are due on August 15, October 15, January 15, and March 15. Creative Learning Center appreciates your payments in a timely fashion.
